Datamails Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription and Billing
Datamails operates on a subscription-based model with pricing metered by the number of active Klaviyo profiles.
By subscribing to Datamails, you agree to recurring charges on your selected billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to Datamails at any time through your account settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
After the billing cycle ends, your access to the Service will be revoked, and no further charges will be incurred.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Datamails operates on a no-refund policy under normal circumstances. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
Service Inaccessibility: If we are unable to deliver the Service due to technical issues on our end, or the Service becomes unavailable for an extended period, you may request a refund.
Service Failure: If, for reasons beyond our control, Datamails fails to provide its core functionality for a substantial amount of time, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
Refunds will be issued only at our sole discretion and in exceptional cases.
4. Refund Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the conditions above, please contact our support team at support@datamails.com within 30 days of the issue occurring.
All refund requests will be carefully reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
Refunds, if granted, will be returned to the original payment method used for the subscription.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Cancellation of Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the Service that is not related to inaccessibility or failure to deliver the core functionalities.
Failed Payments: If a subscription payment fails due to an issue with your payment method, no refund will be issued once the payment is successfully processed after resolution.
6. Modification of the Refund and Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
